Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in the courses at Welcome Auto Service & Training Center.If for any reason You are not completely satisfied with a course purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.The following terms are applicable for any Course or Training Service that You purchase with Us.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund Window: You can request a refund within 7 working days after purchasing a course.

  • Refund Processing: We will process the refund within 7 days after receiving and verifying the refund claim.

  • Late Admission: You will not receive any refund if you enroll after the scheduled batch has officially commenced.

  • Batch Status: Batches cannot be paused, held, or migrated (switched) after purchasing the course.

  • Sale Items: Only courses purchased at the regular price may be refunded. Unfortunately, courses purchased on sale or with special discounts cannot be refunded.

Dropout Policy

  • Students are required to attend both the Mid-Term and Final Exams and submit all regular assignments.

  • Failure to meet these requirements may result in the student being considered a dropout from the course, and eligibility for the certificate will be revoked.

Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Welcome Auto Service & Training Center.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Course (Goods): Refers to the training services or course packages offered for sale on the Service.

  • Order means a request by You to purchase a Course from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • You are entitled to cancel Your Order (course enrollment) within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

  • The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date of purchase or the date on which Your access to the course content began.

  • To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Note: As the course is a service, the right to a refund may be voided once a student attends the first class or accesses a significant portion of the course material.
